Electrostatic spray painter wanted in Erie County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Erie County, New York. The job is at a fabrication and coating plant. You will apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape. Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
