Ideal candidate: • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Willing to work outdoors in all weather Your main tasks: • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing • Insulate and ventilate the roof void • Bed and point ridge tiles with mortar • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
