Immediate opening: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Green Lake County, Wisconsin. You will work at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. The role involves keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Full-time with occasional weekends.
