Dry lining plasterer • Douglas County, Georgia

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dry lining plasterer in Douglas County, Georgia. The job is at a plastering and dry lining contractor. Your main tasks: • Tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler • Dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming • Mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency • Polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush • Apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat What we are looking for: • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
