Urgent requirement: metal caster (Arkansas)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a metal caster in Franklin County, Arkansas. Requirements: • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding Your main tasks: • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant • Pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles • Apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity • Shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale • Prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes • Mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
