Immediate opening: we are hiring a marble cutter in Quay County, New Mexico. On the job you will handle: • Cut marble and granite slabs on a bridge saw with diamond blades • Polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound • Cut out sink and hob openings in worktops on site • Measure up and template countertops and floor areas before cutting • Lay marble tiles and slabs on floors, stairs and walls with adhesive mortar Ideal candidate: • Reliable timekeeping and able to work in a team • Willing to work at heights for facade cladding Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
