Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens The role involves: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream Part-time with flexible hours.
