Requirements: • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds Your main tasks: • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Insulate and ventilate the roof void • Lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling Full-time, day shift.
