We are recruiting: we are hiring a short order cook in McPherson County, South Dakota. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. Your main tasks: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs You should have: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
