Immediate opening: we are hiring a lift technician in Nkanu West, Enugu State. The role involves rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators; measure rope tension and check for broken strands; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays. You should have: • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
