Now hiring: we are hiring a ductable AC technician in Somerset County, Pennsylvania. You will work on new-build apartment projects. What we are looking for: • ITI in refrigeration and air conditioning an advantage • Confident brazing copper and running nitrogen pressure tests • Two-wheeler and valid driving licence for site visits Day to day you will commission the unit and test cooling, heating and airflow; evacuate the system with a vacuum pump and confirm a deep vacuum; recover the refrigerant before dismantling or relocating a unit; core-drill through brick and concrete walls to route the refrigerant piping; check superheat and subcooling to confirm the correct gas charge; run and lag the condensate drain line with the right fall. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
