Line cook — Mid and East Antrim

Join our team: we are hiring a line cook in Mid and East Antrim, Northern Ireland. The role involves check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends.
