Now hiring: we are hiring a collision repair technician in Monroe County, Kentucky. You will work at a busy body shop. Requirements: • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports Day to day you will straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours.
