Press operator wanted in York County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a press operator in York County, Maine. The job is in a sheet metal stamping unit. You will top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways; adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings; load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed; deburr and stack finished components for the next operation. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
