Urgent requirement: we are hiring a health and safety supervisor in Houston County, Georgia. The job is at a busy construction site. Ideal candidate: • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions Day to day you will ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site; take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry; run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports.
