VMC operator • Outagamie County, Wisconsin

We are recruiting: we are hiring a VMC operator in Outagamie County, Wisconsin. You will be based at a fabrication and machining plant. The role involves: • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control Requirements: • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls Full-time with occasional weekends.
