Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Your main tasks: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer 1+ years on the tools preferred.
