Fry cook • Sheridan County, Montana

Immediate opening: we are hiring a fry cook in Sheridan County, Montana. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards The role involves label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
