Vacancy available: we are hiring a spray painter (automotive) in Surry County, Virginia. You should have: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns Day to day you will wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch.
