Gtaw welder — Warren County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gtaw welder in Warren County, Indiana. Ideal candidate: • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height On a typical shift you will select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job; weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions; clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding; prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run; strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode; back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring). $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
