Dishwashing attendant • Lucas County, Ohio

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Lucas County, Ohio. What we are looking for: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure On the job you will handle: • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room 4+ years on the tools preferred.
