Immediate opening: we are hiring a head butcher in Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State. You will work at a wholesale meat market. On a typical shift you will debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Pay around ₦220,000 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
