What we are looking for: • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges Day-to-day duties: • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings • Lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations Part-time with flexible hours.
