Trowel-trade bricklayer wanted in Dandume

Vacancy available: we are hiring a trowel-trade bricklayer in Dandume, Katsina State. You will be based on a new-build development. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools Day-to-day duties: • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser • Installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays • Building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation • Cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder • Raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish 1+ years on the tools preferred.
