We are recruiting: we are hiring a cnc turner in Madison County, Virginia. You will work at a busy machine shop. Ideal candidate: • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T Day to day you will run first-off inspection and sign off the part; change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet; write and edit G-code programs at the control; set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54).
