Immediate opening: we are hiring an estate gardener in Harlan County, Nebraska. You will work in a residential garden complex. Day-to-day duties: • Water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines • Cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs • Maintain compost heaps and the potting shed • Plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings Ideal candidate: • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
