Great opportunity: we are hiring a fabrication workshop technician in Huntington County, Indiana. You will work at a glazing and fabrication factory. Day to day you will fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash; read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile; take site measurements of openings before fabrication; clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
