Tandoor cook — Minidoka County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Minidoka County, Idaho. You should have: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets On a typical shift you will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down. 1+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
