Immediate opening: we are hiring a pot washer in Dare County, North Carolina. You will top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature. Requirements: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts 3+ years on the tools preferred.
