You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Day to day you will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO.
