Great opportunity: RCC mason (Louisiana)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a RCC mason in Saint Helena Parish, Louisiana. You will be based in a residential housing project. The role involves: • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength • Discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms • Compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing • Mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer • Cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout Requirements: • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers Six days a week, one day off. We offer $3,400 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
