Rebar foreman • Capitol Planning Region, Connecticut

Great opportunity: we are hiring a rebar foreman in Capitol Planning Region, Connecticut. You will work on a civil engineering bridge and roads site. Day to day you will check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour; place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing; lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors; set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift; lap and splice bars to the specified lap length. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules Pay around $3,400 per month, based on your experience.
