You should have: • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces Day to day you will check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry; verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates.
