Aluminium technician wanted in Jefferson County

Join our team: we are hiring an aluminium technician in Jefferson County, Texas. The job is in a glazing and curtain wall company. Day-to-day duties: • Crimp the corner joints and fit corner cleats on the crimping machine • Drill, tap and rivet sections and fix with self-drilling screws • Punch and notch sections for cleats, gaskets and hardware • Fix handles, hinges, friction stays, locks and multipoint hardware You should have: • Able to read shop drawings and work to given sizes • Accurate to the millimetre on cuts and mitre joints At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
