We are recruiting: we are hiring a pastry baker in Oconee County, South Carolina. The job is at a busy bakery. On a typical shift you will prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; score the top of loaves before baking; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Basic cake decorating and piping skills At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends.
