Urgent requirement: we are hiring a site carpenter in Isles of Scilly, England. You will be based in a cabinet-making workshop. The role involves cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw; finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain; plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish; lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring. You should have: • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings Full-time, day shift. We offer £3,000 per month plus benefits.
