Plant operator • Cowley County, Kansas

We are recruiting: we are hiring a plant operator in Cowley County, Kansas. Day to day you will measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges; carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station; set up and start the machine as per the job card; key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature; record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet; segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches. What we are looking for: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Good attention to detail and steady hands Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
