Dishwasher — Lyon County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dishwasher in Lyon County, Kansas. On the job you will handle: • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature Ideal candidate: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Overtime paid at a premium rate.
