Immediate opening: we are hiring a bread baker in Woodward County, Oklahoma. You will prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • 2+ years' experience as a baker Pay around $4,700 per month, based on your experience.
