Urgent requirement: we are hiring a line cook in Cannon County, Tennessee. The job is in a hospital or office canteen. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure The role involves follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
