Ideal candidate: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts On the job you will handle: • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
