Tree and shrub pruner — Pamlico County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tree and shrub pruner in Pamlico County, North Carolina. Your main tasks: • Sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades • Maintain compost heaps and the potting shed • Check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads • Apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds • Water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines • Repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings Ideal candidate: • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
