Powder coater wanted in Douglas County

Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coater in Douglas County, Washington. You will be based on an industrial coating line. The role involves: • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects 5+ years on the tools preferred.
