Great opportunity: cook (West Virginia)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cook in Webster County, West Virginia. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. The role involves: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
