You should have: • A driving licence is an advantage for site travel • A good head for heights and steady balance • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate The role involves fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits; replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates; insulate and ventilate the roof void; seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing; strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
