The role involves: • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed You should have: • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg Performance bonus on top of base pay.
