Great opportunity: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Hancock County, Kentucky. You will work at a cloud kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts The role involves: • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
