Join our team: we are hiring an earthmoving equipment operator in Jo Daviess County, Illinois. You will work at a land-clearing site. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels You will follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels; grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily; spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction; work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals; backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid.
