Great opportunity: powder spray gun operator (Northern Ireland)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Derry City and Strabane, Northern Ireland. You will work at a powder coating unit. What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Day-to-day duties: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat 4+ years on the tools preferred.
