AC mechanic • Gilliam County, Oregon

Vacancy available: we are hiring an AC mechanic in Gilliam County, Oregon. You will be based at an HVAC contractor's workshop. Day to day you will charge and top up refrigerant (R32, R410A) off the manifold gauges; fault-find on PCBs, sensors and compressors with a multimeter; cut, flare and bend copper pipe for the liquid and suction lines; mount indoor and outdoor split units on wall brackets and level them. You should have: • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolds • 2+ years hands-on split and cassette AC installation experience • Own set of hand tools, gauges and flaring kit preferred 6+ years on the tools preferred.
